EPoS Support/HelpDesk Analyst
An EPoS Support Analyst is required by leading East Midlands-based Microsoft Gold Partner with an award winning EPoS Retail Management System that leads the field with their cutting edge EPoS POS technology solutions!
The successful Support/HelpDesk Analyst will have a good understanding of EPoS systems and will be comfortable in speaking with customers to be able to identify problems and configure back-office systems including integrating with Accounts Systems / Stock systems / Ordering / rewards systems.
You will be responsible to assist clients throughout the whole process from the initial learning to set-up, data creation, through 'go live’ and post implementation.
